TSA Championship Meet Information
Good Afternoon LifeTime Cary Summer Swim Team Parents!
This email is just for those parents who have signed up their kids for the TSA Championship Meet that is this Sunday! Coach Cooper will be sending out additional information specific for the swimmers, so this email is specific to parents and volunteering opportunities!!
First, we need all parents to fill out the waiver (please see link below) that TAC & TSA require.

Second, we truly appreciate everyone who has volunteered these past 7 weeks!! We are almost done but still need some assistance for this last meet! The good news is that most of these roles will get you front seats on the pool deck to watch your swimmers excel in this final TSA meet! Specifically, we are looking for people who can do Clerk of Course or Timing.
Being a Timer is fairly easy, you are just pushing a button when the swimmer hits the wall (there is a touchpad system in the pool, the timer button just ensures the times are captured in-case kiddos don't hit hard enough).
Clerk of Course is almost as easy as the goal is to have 8-11 clerks of course per session, and there are typically enough clerks of course for parents to step away to watch their kiddos swim before going back to clerking .
The best part of BOTH of these volunteer positions is you are on the pool deck and close to the kiddos. For parents who have NOT had their swimmers participate in this kind of meet, the meet is held inside the TAC facility and ALL swimmers MUST sit with their coaches. Parents must sit in the raised spectator seating area unless volunteering. If you are concerned with being close to your kiddo in-case something happens, there is NO better place to be than volunteering on the pool deck as a Clerk of Course or as a Timer!!
For my parents that are Stroke and Turn Judge qualified (must have refreshed this past year), we strongly ask you volunteer in that position!
There are no kid pusher positions as that role will be handled by our Awesome Coaching staff (per TSA rules)!
